During my professional career I have been able to develop management skills and abilities that could surely be useful in management consulting.
In the last Management Consulting experiences, I have supported large companies in Oil, Energy & Utilities field to develop their business processes as well as defining and planning the needed actions on the applications' map. Furthermore, I have driven and managed, over all the planned phases, several development projects in the ICT area
I worked and supported Business and ICT departments of major players operating in the oil&gas market (in the whole business chain: from oil exploration-production-refining-distribution to gas regasification-transport and storage as well as in mass market distribution and sales).
In my professional experience I have always worked closely with Business and IT Departments and I've supported the Sales Departments and Operations within the various renovation projects, proposing energy business strategies, approaches, project & analysis best practices, guidelines and the most appropriate tools to achieve the business goals prefixed by the Customers.
In addition to supporting the process of defining process evolutionary vision, I carried out Feasibility study and impact analysis for the Client (both on the Business side and on the ICT side) and I contributed to many of their projects with the role of Project Manager or Quality Manager doing, within the scope of my responsibilities, project cost management, technical-functional support and governance of third-party suppliers' delivery activities
